000I have used Arnold Clark in the past, so decided to go back there after the poor service at Lookers. I was very impressed with the whole process, what a different experience.From booking; they accommodated me a bit earlier than the original booking as I was going away. They provide a lovely waiting area, comfortable seating, hot drinks, biscuits. When my car was ready, including wash & vac, they came & found me, explained everything and escorted me to my car. I class that as excellent service, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Overall fantastic experience! Not a bad word to say, excellent service and super quick in delivering the car. I ordered the car and within a month it was delivered at the shop. Brian at Arnold Clark was super helpful and made so much time for us!

Absolutely brilliant service from Garry, I was in and out trying multiple cars for weeks because I couldn’t make my mind up and he was so helpful and patient without being remotely pushy. I felt like he wanted me to find the perfect car for me! Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Everyone was so lovely and helpful. I got stuck in roadworks and was late for my appointment. I rang to tell them and the lady on the phone was so nice about it, telling me not to worry. When I got there they was so accommodating and sorted my car out straight away, keeping me informed as promised. I couldn’t say they could improve on anything.

The sales Consultant: Carl Price was very nice , friendly and really understanding. He helped me reserve the car beyond the normal allowance because I had a few issues to sort out. Really pleased with the purchase. This is actually my second car from Arnold Clark in two years. First one was bought last year from a different branch and their service was outstanding too. Now am convinced the Arnold Clark company is just too good and the employees are outstanding. I will definitely recommend them and will be back when am changing my car for sure.

Just sold my car to Arnold Clark, good service.As the reviews above the selling of my car was great service however the after car was shocking. I rang rob twice to check that the finance left on my car has been paid off, twice he was suppose to ring me back and never heard anything. After care is all part of a service and this was shocking.

I reserved a car a few weeks ago, and have collected it this morning from my local branch. Great service from Carl, who was very friendly and helpful in the initial contact/finance arrangement. I'm very happy with the service I received, but would say that timely updates would have been appreciated. However, I am very pleased with the car, although the paintwork chip I discussed with Carl, hasn't been sorted, as other obvious scratches I found haven't been, but as the car is great, I'm happy to overlook that. I'll definitely purchase from Arnold Clark again in the future.

Great service from Matt buying our new car.. Called/emailed to follow up on the car prep when he said he would. Didnt have to chase at all. There were a few issues but handled them well, which put me at ease when spending 20+k on a new car. Have to have confidence in it.Thanks again Matt
