An odd place; they advertise that you can hire the hall to have parties and live music. But when the band plays there is an endless stream of rather rude staff running up to tell them to be quiet.They’ve got a noise meter on the wall; it cuts the power when it gets to ninety-five for any length of time. However its base reading is seventy-five.they advertise the hall for rent; they clearly don't want people in there.Oh – and the Courage Best is well past its best…

A great venue for functions with the members bar and larger function hall.There's plenty of parking in site if you're attending a function, which is tucked away off Beaver Road.Staff are friendly and happy to help. If you're looking to hire, apparently you have to be a member so worth double checking.

I can't fully comment on the club as I go to the hall for pulmonary rehap but there is a large carpark and easy access to the front door including wheelchair access
