Saturday afternoon trying to finish a job.Walked into store and the staff had already shut down the tills and were waiting to run out of the door @17:50.I was told that they were closedClosing time is 18:00

Lou and Jas did a great job hunting down something that was showing in stock but missing from the shelf, so that I was able to get the job done. You definitely would not win a game of hide and seek in this store ! Thanks for the positive, happy attitude and great customer service.

Shopped for first time yesterday! Nick couldn’t have been more helpful, I’m a middle aged woman with NO idea & he went the extra mile to show me what I needed ! Absolutely first class! Thank heavens there is still great customer service out there! Well done Toolstation !!

OK - got what I needed -I came in to get a click and collect order - first in the queue - three staff on the tills then one got up and decided to do some stock taking - she said I would be served in in a minute - 10 mins later I was served and the staff were so miserable .The ordering was fine but the personal experience was poor .Give me Screwfix everyday ! I only went to Toolstation because they had stock today rather than waiting until tomorrow

I use toolstation a lot, normally massive queue and takes a while before its picked ready to collect. Maidenhead is my favourite store by far you order online and its ready to collect in minutes, the branch is spotless, rarely a queue and the staff are always polite and helpful. Shame other branches don't present this way. Also easy parking.
