Delightful man and phenomenal service! Mark was brilliant!After years of wind and neglect, our neighbour's large aerial came dangerously close to falling through our conservatory roof. It was gone 5pm on a Saturday and I took a chance phoning Connect Aerials in the hope they could come out. Mark did just that inside 15 minutes and not only saved our conservatory but also the rest of the weekend through not having to worry about a strong gust of wind sending a 9 foot pole and a jagged aerial tumbling into our house!Considering Mark was not even working when he took the call and the urgency of it all, he was probably too fairly priced! The expertise and reassurance he offered while working in a tight space was incredible.Thanks again Mark!
