We had a very positive experience with the company. We were very desperate in looking for a unit since 72 hours before our move-in, we were informed that we will be placed in a smaller unit. The staff was very patient and assuring with me even though I sound panicky. They explained the details clearly and even willing to repeat everything for me. They were willing to help all the way. The transaction went smooth as silk. They have complete accessories for your storing needs. Lastly and more importantly, They have the most competitive prices with-in the area. Hands down to their experience. Would highly recommend Ranj for job well done.

Very simple to set up and easy to access when needed. The team at the Wandsworth brunch were helpful and made everything smooth from beginning to end.

Not usually one for reviews but literally cannot recommend and thank Ranj and his team enough for going out their way to assist me and my family when we needed to make use of the safestore storage facility following an emergency. Ranj went over and beyond to provide us with all options we had at our disposal which made the whole process so much easier given the stress we were under at the time. Very rare these days that you get this level of competence and customer service putting our needs over everything else which was pleasantly surprising and welcoming. One other thing which stands out is that the whole building is spotlessly clean especially for a storage facility which shows it’s a well run and organised establishment. We’ve managed to sort our situation so vacating soon but want to extend our gratitude to all and if anyone is looking for a place to store then look no further! Extremely satisfied customer!!!

Having never used a self-storage facility before I was at a bit of a loss with where to start! Luckily, Samir was super helpful - from reaching out to initially understand my requirements, through to dropping off my stuff, and giving notice. Facility is smart and seemingly secure, too!!! Thanks :)
