Lovely necklaces! But absolute shocking delivery service. It got lost once and have to be re done. Such a shame have had to wait weeks. Our rings was ordered and delivered before we received and these were ordered weeks after! We did this through our funeral directors. So poor from either end

When my mum sadly passed away, the first thing I wanted was a fingerprint necklace, to make me feel mum was close to me, thank you does not come close to express my appreciation, the necklace is beyond perfect ! ❤️My mum only passed away a week ago and the necklace is already around my neck and it feels like she is with me. Really disappointing.Ordered the keepsake locket + bracelet as a way of having my great aunt close and was really excited to receive it.The total cost was £139The bracelet is the cheapest flimsiest thing I have ever seen. I am too scared to wear it as I can see the quality is so bad - I am worried it'll break whilst I am out and about and I'll lose the locket (my sister got the same locket and bracelet and hers broke within a week).The locket is ok, but £115 is very pricey for that alone.Not worth the effort to send it back for a mere £24 refund on the bracelet so leaving it but I am really shocked at the quality of this.I feel like your taking advantage of ppls grief to get them to pay a horrendous amount for something so cheap. I even feel guilty for my great aunt, that this piece of rubbish now my only reminder of her.

I recently ordered 6 fingerprint necklaces with my nans handwriting on the back of each and two keyring I have today picked them up from our funeral director I only ordered them a week ago so am impressed with the turn around. I am blown away but the quality of each piece they are beautiful and am looking forward to surprising members of the family with each one, thank you so much for the speedy delivery and the best keepsake I could ask for,Emma

I would just like to Thank-you for your outstanding customer service, after looking all over the Internet and leaving it very last minute to get my family member a special gift for his 60th birthday. I called recollections as we was originally after a ring with ashes & after explaining my situation how I only had 2 weeks to get this special gift,the lovely lady on the phone didn't try to sell me there items and wasn't pushy she offered advice very helpful advice and I then took a look at the website and decided I would like to go for a locket. They went above and beyond for us and had this ready within a week. The locket is beautiful exactly what we wanted they even helped us with the wording for the inside of the locket it's excellent quality for such a reasonable price and it's just perfect thankyou so much for something so special. Highly recommended.As a funeral arranger, Recollections give our families the opportunity to create unique, personalised keepsakes of their loved ones.The quality of their craftsmanship and materials are excellent, families can choose from sterling silver, 9 carat yellow gold or rose gold, a variety of designs be that handwriting, doodles or finger, hand or footprints (even paw prints!) and pieces such as bracelets, pendants, necklaces, key rings and cufflinks, which accommodates for any preference across the family. The detail of the prints are far superior to any other products available. Full aftercare instructions for their jewellery is provided and re polishing services should you require, to keep your jewellery at its best.Their customer service is excellent. The team are always happy to offer their expertise and are a pleasure to work alongside in the funeral industry.

The chain for the finger print pendant is cheap and flimsy. I was horrified to find my chain hanging open with a broken link without any trauma at all.I cannot recommend this product.
