Good quality solid and sturdy i brought a fishpond kit and I love it

Absolutely delighted with our bespoke design raised beds.Brilliant customer service when we discover 4 pieces missing . Immediately supplied with no quibble despite being several months after we’d taken delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy further products.

People need to be aware that these blocks are mass produced rough wood, and not nice smooth squared-up pieces as per the advertising photo's. Getting the pond level was not an issue, but getting the corners right-angled was. The pieces had to be swapped around to get any kind of accurate set-up, and you can still find a quarter-inch discrepancy between some pieces.For the price, I would have expected better quality blocks.Add to that that a capping piece was split right down the middle, some of which did go all the way through the block. This piece should never have got through any quality assurance checks.That said, it is up and planted now and we shall see how it goes.

Great item we have bought a raised pond , so easy to put together and looks really great. Delivery was excellent with good communication about the delivery time etc.The only slight disappointment was the liner, i would have gone for the fitted one if i had known it was just an ordinary liner being supplied .

We have purchased 4 of the raised beds and have been delighted with them, they look great planted up. Easy to put together and clear instructions provided. Would definitely recommend.

Ordering was very easy. They arrived on the day expected. Delivery driver was professional and although he tried his best to get the pallet through a 500 year old side passage gate, it was about 50cm too narrow. He was as frustrated and disappointed as I was. But he did try to save me the job of barrowing them through to the back garden. Hey ho!Assembly was very easy. I can only describe it to assembling wooden Lego bricks, the only difference being you hammer in the pins as you go. I'm absolutely delighted with the finished planters. They look stunning. I will be returning as a customer soon.

We’re pretty happy with our WoodBlocX planter. We sent over a drawing of what we were after and they made up a design for us in a couple of days. The cost was acceptable and we had it delivered within the week. Unfortunately it was missing four of the same blocks (seemingly a common issue) but these were sent out within a few days. My only feedback to them was that it would be helpful if there instructions were clearer on how to line the inside of the planter - and a video would be great.Building the planter was quite fun - though quite hard work. It’s basically like giant Lego with a hammer. Make sure you have the correct hammer or it would prove pretty difficult to do as some bits need quite a lot of force to put together, especially the rounded corners.

I recently purchased a small raised pond from you and I would like to say I am absolutely delighted with it, it was assembled in a day very easily and it looks stunning. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Fantastic product, easy to assemble with simple instructions and would definitely use again if required. 5 stars.
