Worse experience and communication ever, arrived just after 11am on Friday and the queue was back to the main Bank Top Road, past Go Outdoors. No sign of movement and delaying other traffic in the area, people leaving the queue... I wonder if this Recycling Centre was better organised, would it reduce local fly tipping as I can see people's frustrations with delays over 45 minutes and not waiting for a slot.Update - 1 year on, moved from 1 star to 4 stars... seems better organised and the staff are friendly, helpful and polite.

Disposed of a number of bags containing polystyrene & builders rubble.I am a seriously disabled person. No sooner had I parked the car, one of your work people came & carried them up the steps.Excellent caring people.This was Friday morning 21st October 2022.

Wait times are ridiculous. I have come multiple times and the gates are always shut with people waiting outside and massive queues.

Staff are polite and helpful. Its a shame that access to the site is often not possible because skips are being exchanged. This results in a wait probably 25% of all visits and the wait time can easily be 20 to 30 minutes.
