When our water stopped working, Andrew replaced a valve and fitted a pressure reducer, as our water pressure was too high. Our water softener is working great now. He did a brilliant job and was very friendly and explained everything well. He also cleaned everything up as he was working. I was really happy with his service and would highly recommend him.

Andrew came to fix my mother's broken softener left from previous owner of her house. Ended up installing a new one at hers and refurbishing the old one and installing it at my house. Quick to do so, nice guy to deal with and would recommend.

I went for a full refurb. next day Andrew returned and fitted the system which is now working great. Job well done, clean and tidy. What a good guy Andrew is! He's one of a very rare breed in the softener game - an engineer who is independent of the big boys, and can give impartial advice. When our old softener gave up the ghost, Andrew came and examined it, and told us frankly we'd been sold a pup.We followed his recommendation and bought a non-electric refurbished unit from him at a fair price, which he installed within a few days.It seems to be working a treat - plenty of lovely soft water from a professionally fitted machine. He even makes up the hoses on the spot so they fit exactly!The softener business is a bit obscure on its prices (think double glazing) but Andrew is open and up front. You won't pay for what you don't need.Well done Mr. Goody!

Andy was very professional and efficient with our water softener install, he did an excellent job. He tidied up and showed us how to use the softener and bypass before he left.We are very happy with the result. We have had a marked reduction in scale and our skin feels much better. Highly recommended. Our Mini max twin block water softener was leaking and at 17 years old wasn't working as well as if should, after a little thought and taking on board Andrew's advice decided that we should have it refurbished. Andrew took away the machine and returned it within 5 days, completely refurbished installed and tested. A really nice guy, who, I would definitely recommend for all your water softener needs. Andrew completely refurbished our water softener which had stopped working. He gave us a number of options but we chose to have him change all of the working components, plus we asked him to install a new set of valves and pipes to the softener. He was very knowledgable, all the work was done to a very high standard and at a good price. We're very happy with the result, and would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for similar work.
