I took a accident and incident investigation course with this company. It was really enjoyable.I have been on many courses throughout my career in Facilities but this by far was the best.The instructor Will Taylor was very engaging/ knowledgeable and entertaining, I wasn’t bored on bit and everyone in the course wanted to take part in some way. There was not a dip in the course or clock watching.Came out of the course with knowledge / skill set and confidence to use it.Will definitely book with them again.Natasha Roberts

Compassa met all my training needs. Their delivery is both interesting, exciting and very interactive, involving everybody in role playing so that every student can learn first hand as-a-posed to just simply watching slide show presentations. They made Health and Safety interesting and fun to learn about.I would highly recommend Compassa as a training provider to anybody as I found them very approachable, extremely knowledgable and a joy to work with.

Will has been fabulous at working with Rix to establish training courses that really meet the needs of the business - and that are really engaging for all delegates (quite a rarity in the world of H&S training in my experience!). Will is a great trainer who absolutely knows his stuff, can manage a room well and can keep everyone's attention. 100% recommended

I was extremely nervous of the NEBOSH course as I heard how difficult the course was, however I found myself gaining a very quick understanding of what was required under the teachings of Will, and he also brought on my communication skills by his methods of engagement and my confidence grew dramatically. Not only does he teach you what you need to know in order to complete the NEBOSH course but the way Will presents the course I was also taught other skills required to succeed in the field of Health and Safety.

I found will at Compassa to be welcoming and very informative. He brings lots of energy and a fresh perspective on learning. I did my NEBOSH general Certificate with Will and although this is a highly intense course, He broke it down to manageable sections and produced handouts To make things so much easier to absorb. Also breaking the class up with various Activities helps to engage with each other and with the course material.

I took the NEBOSH general certificate course last year with Compassa and it really opened my eyes to health and Saftey. Not only does Will provide training to the highest possible standard, he makes the course incredibly fun and interesting. After finishing the course I found I really wanted to look further into health and Saftey in the workplace and understand all aspects of it to further my career. If you’re looking for help deciding who to go with I highly recommend compassa! Will makes the course exciting and gets everyone involved.

I completed my NEBOSH General Certificate April 2019, I must say that this course was superbly delivered by the trainer. I can honestly say that the way in which Will Taylor delivered the course was fantastic. Hands down the best H&S Trainer I have ever come across in my 23 years within the leisure industry, you made a topic which is deemed to be boring interesting, valid and on many occasions funny. I would highly recommend anyone to use the services of Will Taylor.

Will certainly knows how to hold his audience's attention! We recently filmed one of Will’s Health and Safety training days and was amazed to see how energetic, captivating and engaging he is. We even learned a bit ourselves and wasn’t even taking part!We personally saw how much fun his attendees had as the day went on and during some interviews, we kept getting similar answers on how different his H&S training is.If you are looking for a memorable/fun experience, we’d highly recommend Will at Compassa.
