Reaching Within

A really fantastic experience. Sue started with a small mediation practice to relax my mind and body and wow, I fell into the purest relaxed sleep, only to wake just as Sue was finishing the session. She gave a full debrief of everything she felt (although there's no physical touch) which linked with my ailments I had been feeling. I left feeling completely refreshed, lighter in my mind and body, slept better than I had done in a long time, and my knee/hip pain eased. Would fully recommend and look forward to many more sessions.
