I asked for a little off the top and got completely scalped. Went in with long hair looking for it just to get tidied up and instead I'm almost bald, horrible horrible experience

In 54 years around the sun I've never experienced such ignorance and this is from someone who works in customer service. Barber was so heavy handed went outside and smoked before finishing and just did such a sloppy job. There's no shortage of Barbers in East so it's a mistake I won't be repeating
