I visited this pub in the 26/7 around 6pm and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was quiet but the wait time for our start and main was extremely long however the experience just continued to worsen from there. There staff were rude and unfriendly what seemed to be the manger on shift brought our food out slammed it down with out a word being said to us and sped off the same thing happened with our mains. The main was vile!!! Over cooked and fatty i complete waste of money normally I would have notified the staff of the poor quality food they had brought out but they were completely unapproachable I also witnessed another lady saying she was dissatisfied with her meal to the manger and then saw there manger walk off and speak inappropriately about this lady to another member of staff so as you can imagine I felt to uncomfortable to bring up the issues with my food.Update: I would be happy to provide you with more details what details would you like

Not ranked food as did not eat, had a fiftieth birthday drink, atmosphere was good without being too loud so could still have good conversation. Staff were on point, and no-one had to wait excessively for service at the bar.

Food was really nice, the drinks service however, was very slow. I ordered on the website and had to follow up at the bar 15 minutes later to ask where our drinks were.Highly recommend the chocolate brownie dessert and apple crumble if you have a sweet tooth!The pub was extremely busy on our visit so would advise going a little bit earlier if you want quicker service.

It's a great place for food. It's always fresh and hot, or it's great if you just want drinks. The karaoke is fab as well. The beer garden in summer is always busy, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming

Afternoon Dinner.The service was really poor, recruited young staff and have not trained them well on bar service, table service and general manners.Hot stack burger was not hot and the chicken had no flavour, tasty greasy and the coating just broke off the chicken.Wife enjoyed the lasagne though, if coming here just to drink it wouldn’t be a problem.But this is the third time I’ve ate here and had three different meals all under par cooked with poor customer service throughout

Food was absolutely lovely and is 95% of the time but unfortunately on this occasion food was cold once it arrived.I’d also like to add the young gentle man that works behind the bar could benefit for extra training, every time we have ordered with him our food always come out wrong or being over charged.Will definitely hesitate visit again as this is a recurring thing with this staff member which is a shame as we visit a few times a month.
