CAUTION: if you have an allergy or are vegetarian/ vegan - DO NOT GO.Worst customer service I have ever received. I came to eat with my partner and she asked if a specific item on the menu had egg inside it. There were two men and one lady serving around 13:30 on 16th December 2023. The lady at the till responded immediately saying “pesto is pesto”. I then said “excuse me does it have egg inside? I am allergic” Her response was almost like asking her to do her job was a bother and we were a nuisance - “I don’t know”. My response was - “perhaps you should check the allergy menu” I pointed towards it. She picked it up in anger, glanced at it for a few seconds and passed the menu over to us as if it were our job to check.My partner then said “please could you ask the person who makes the bagel to change their gloves? We are vegetarian and it’s important to us” Her response was “we can’t guarantee that there won’t be cross contamination”. Her response should have been “I’ll ensure he does”.The service makes me sick and I will definitely be sharing my experience on my social media as well as my friends and family.My suggestion is that you teach your staff how to respond in a way that makes customers feel welcome instead of making people who have diets due to allergies or religious reasons feel like they are an issue.They should know that their first reaction to an allergy is to check the allergy menu without being told. Clearly either your company does not care about allergies or your staff do not care.I can only say that I felt like this was extremely disrespectful. I will certainly never bother returning. I am sickened by your staff member that served me. I hope that the response to this review is responded to appropriately.

The service was dry, the food was not up to standard, not worth’s the £15 for the 2 meal deals there were only 2 slices of cucumber in my bagel. A slight skim of avocado a lot of mayo.

asked for an iced caramel frappe, the guy said the ice machine was broken and then we came back a second time to ask for it without ice and he spoke to me in a rude tone and gave me something I did not ask for. He charged me for instant coffee which he made in 30 seconds, will not be ever going there again.

Visited this morning. I ordered a veggie breakfast deal with hash browns and my son had breakfast melt. Pricewise it was OK. The girl serving was inhospitable and looked as though there was a bad smell under her nose. She told me to sit down and she would bring the food. Later she placed a tray on the side and told me to get it. She had forgotten the hashbrowns but clearly didn't care. I asked for them and she just put 2 in to cook then a man handed them to me. The food was nothing special and the service was poor. Sorry but I have nothing good to say. Gave 2 stars but in reality none are deserved. Left this place feeling full of regrets for not going elsewhere.

I sat down as I had very heavy bags hoping to order through the app but Ash, a middle aged Asian man rudely shouted at me and my friend to get out as we're not ordering despite not first confirming with us if that was the case. I just couldn't believe the tone he spoke to us in and then insisted we're stopping others from ordering when he was the one who started having a go at us!! If you have the energy to shout at people genuinely wanting to get a drink and something to eat then maybe you should reconsider who truly is stopping customers from ordering. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you're not looking to get shouted at.

I wouldn’t bother going here. Any chance of flavour is obliterated through overcooking. You can’t even touch the scarred remains for five minutes for fear of burning your soft parts. I could of forgiven their lack of ingredients otherwise.

I was there today, and I had a delicious Christmas bagel which a loved so much and a nice can of Fanta . Apart from the food, the employees working there were friendly, quick and efficient. Overall a wonderful experience, I will definitely be back
