Creesons

They're subcontractors for London Square and I'm having a very negative experience with this company. We've bought a new house and after 6 weeks we found that water leaks from the bathtub on the first floor and dripping from the ground floor ceiling. This issue was reported as urgent to our builder in the end of August.Some time later Creesons sent a guy who tried to fix the leakage, in result he damaged:1. the bathtub2. the panel3. walls around the panelHe admitted that Creesons didn't perform proper checks after bathtub installation. He did nothing. Next time when another company removed the pannel and this guy came again just to confirm that we really have a leak (what a surprise!) of course he did nothing except a very smart advice to not use the bathtub and trying to seal the hole between 1st floor and groundfloor.Unfortunately Creesons failed to do even so simple operation so the water still leaking downstairs and damaged ceiling in the groundfloor.Unfortunately I didn't see them since that time.So what I have in the result after 3 months of reporting the issue:1. The problem is here.2. They attempt to fix it make problem even worse.Did they promise any dates to fix it? No!Did they apologise? No!Did they offered any compensation for this? No!I honestly think no one in good sense should even imaging to use this company, also anyone considering buying a property from London Square should check their subcontractors and avoid properties where Creesons did even a minor work.

This company is contracted by Dandara, who built our house.After a leaking from the upstairs shower into the hallway downstairs, they attended our house and confirmed the problem was with the tiles in the shower. They also said the sealant we had done was a good job but that wasn't the problem as the tiles themselves had come lose.The gentleman confirmed he would do a report recommending immediate fix and plastering of the downstairs given we are 9 months pregnant and a newborn should not be exposed to dust and noise.A week later, we were told the sealant we did broke the warranty and they will no longer provide the fix.It is very similar to another review here on Google.It looks like these companies work together in a very dishonest way to get away with providing very poor customer service experience.
