I have a hearing impairment, so find shopping , quite hard. The lady who approached me, was great. I have purchased, a cooker, which I was given advice, my dislikes and likes were heard, so a good choice was offered. They are doing, 12 months interest free, so no savings clobbered... its nice to get useful, helpful, honest advice. I hope this lady can serve me again. Delivery, was done in a few short days, old taken away, new installed, and set up. No fuss, no bother. Brilliant.

Went into get a mobile phone, but there are just not enough trained staff on the phone section. Waited in store for approx 1 hour while the man was dealing with another customer. I ended up walking out without anyone asking me if they could help. Was there last week with my mother getting a phone and other customers were walking out while she was being seen. The staff are nice and helpful when they can get to you and it is not their fault, but heading elsewhere now for a phone

Great adverts on TV but after standing in the shop for 20 mins with nobody willing to serve us, even when we asked a member of staff if anyone was available to serve us all we got was a grunt and shrug of shoulders. We went elsewhere and got very good service and got the product we wanted.Ps It was not that busy for a black Friday

Curry's shop staff is good as usual, currys online is now run by a outsourced south African call centre, and that's atrocious terrable it's just gone so bad, they took over after covid, even shop staff have complained how bad it's got, if you buy online and have a issue god help you, they're so bad for sorting things out they'll tell you anything to keep you happy, online chats are the same sun by same call centre this is the worst thing curry could have done, before you buy check online reviews, even Facebook is run by this call centre, it's impossible to get help from the UK staff and if your lucky enough to come across one take their email address and contact them. Only. Or better still shop elsewhere curry's Ceo will soon get the message and rehire the fantastic staff they've laid off to save themselves a few buks.

Not the best branch in terms of discounts, but staff are nice and approachable.... Would love to see bigger real discounts on sealed items not opened on shelves only!!
