I went in at 9.40 , just before closing , having checked online that they stocked the item the duty manager asked if I needed any help and I asked to be directed to the epoxy sealant his reply was that they don’t have it and sent me to the glue section he didn’t want to assist me - I looked there and in the plumbing section, I was about to look in the building section and was pursued by said employee , obviously trying to get me to leave the store - which I did as he was so rude,abrupt and argumentative!He spoke to me like I was an idiot and all he was interested in was getting me out of the door .Where I work customers are able to make their purchases and leave the shop without being harassed; even after closing time.I will never go there again.

Went in early (7am) as we hate crowds, well people in general! Also wanted to peruse the laminate floor and buy a good value for money laminate. Unfortunately my wife was with me so we have a much more expensive laminate floor! Luckily though, B&Q have a 4 for 3 offer on the flooring. Chose a very nice floor! Staff very polite and helpful.Been back again for a mirror to help my wife put contacts in. Excellent large mirror on stand with lighting on, usb power or battery. Excellent!

Needed some advice on what paint & primer to use since so asked Hayley. She was incredibly lovely as well as knowledgeable. Without her my bnq experience would have been worse, she needs a pay rise!!!

Heaven for DIY enthusiasts (I'm not one!), you can find so much for the home and garden. Open to both the public and trade, huge range of stuff. Very clean store, helpful staff and large car park. Prices are reasonable.

Disgusted to see awful netting put across the roof of the store with poor deals seagull hung in it. Apparently staff and an outside contractor have to keep removing these dying and dead birds, but don't get care for them or sort the netting out. This regularly happens with chick's dying and staff told to keep quiet. Shame on ghem

I am really impressed and happy with the customer service received today from Mr Alex in paint mixing service. He helped me a lot and explained everything regarding my necessities even though I approached him towards the shop closing time. I have seen a couple of people were also waiting behind me at that time and he was patiently managing each and everyone . Great attitude and really impressed.
