After booking in my BMW for 2 tires the end to end experience was perfect at this busy garage - i was welcomed and dealt with quickly, kept informed of how long things would take and watched as the small number of staff worked hard to manage what was a huge influx of people - it looked like the single goal was to make sure everyone was served and had a good experience which is not easy when people are arriving and the team are keeping everyone moving. a very happy customer who would recommend Kwik Fit to family and friends - as with all things like this its the people who make the experience and make you want to return.

Between the friendliness and the professionalism of the mechanics, I couldn’t have felt any more satisfied with the service. The garage seemed very busy and yet even with the added stress of my vehicles issues, the staff were still able to fix up my car and make it feel brand new again.

Took my Ford Ranger to Kwik Fit and had the most amazing experience with James. He understood exactly what I wanted and managed to get me 4 BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 with white letters on the tyres. Booked me in for 11am on Friday and by 2pm the vehicle had all 4 tyres changed and wheels tracked ready to go.Unreal experience and great all round team. Thanks again!
