Really friendly and efficient service. We liaised with Julie at the Newcastle branch for a container import. She dealt with the issues that came up with great professionalism and attention to detail. Would recommend and look forward to using again in future.

A disappointing experience using their service. Kyle handle the case, follow by Josh, follow by Julie. No ownership to my cargo and i have to kept chasing. I was told is festive season, which i partial agreed, but partial is the service they had provide.

They have lost the shipment and are not providing updates. They delay the intimation to the customer so that they can charge for the warehousing during the custom clearance. They are scammers. Probably owned by an Indian scammer. We need to investigate them if they are holding back the shipments and terming them lost.
