A first rate job, by courteous and professional staff. We had extensive work carried out, a Geberit WC and Stair Lift,we could not be happier and they even have their own vacuum cleaner.

This was our second time being looked after by Chelsey, both times she was very informative, guided my wife thorough the choices of scooters available to her, came up with the right price and so we purchased from her. She took care of everything and as we were travelling 50 miles to collect the handover was very easy. Would recommend Chelsey to anyone thinking of purchasing a mobility aid!

An excellent company. From purchasing the item ( u drive powerstroll) to delivery they kept me fully informed. Delivery was also very quick ( next day ). they were also quick to reply to emails I sent regarding my purchase . Overall a first rate shopping experience.

Start to finish: good communication, excellent range of services and products with knowledgable customer service. We were advised of all offers, and received our chosen chair with an excellent demonstration, no trouble was spared at the installation, and the whole process was very comfortable and easy. What an awesome service! My hospital appointment over-ran and I had to drive for over an hour to get to Right Choice Mobility.By the time I got to the shop, I was heartbroken as I thought I had missed the Technician. However, the wonderful Jimmy heard I needed help and was happy to assist. Jimmy was really kind and professional and fixed both my mobility scooters within minutes whilst I waited.  He saved me having to wait for several days before he was free again.Talk about service with a smile!  This man deserves a raise.  I would definitely recommend Right Choice Mobility.  The rest of the staff were very pleasant.and helpful too.  Thanks Guys.

Good services and communication with honesty!This company is deserved to have 5 stars and here are the reasons.They have excellent customer services. My wife made a order online and contact them through email for further details on our order. They responded promptly and provide the information we need clearly.The price of items we purchased are reasonable even with the high demand on the market.The delivery is fast. They send out the items with urgent parcel services right after they received from the supplier.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Once again they have been helpful with advice. We have had a stair lift fitted also a bath lift fitted and now we have had a invacare bed fitted. Nothing but praise and a huge thank you to all the staff

Right Choice Mobility are a fantastic organisation with caring and incredibly knowledgeable staff who provide an excellent service. We had a wet room installed and the team provided excellent advice throughout the planning and build. The build itself was done to a high quality, and minor amends were undertaken quickly and without any hassle. I can’t thank the team enough for helping me to make my elderly parents home more accessible for them to use.
