Probably great at doing there job, but somebody who drives a company van around, advertising the company, has very bad road manners. He is a tattooed bully who drives there van around kent, thinks he owns the road, has bad driving manners and should not be on the road. Nearly caused an 3 car pile up.

I would highly recommend Boiler Care Kent, Mick replaced and moved a radiator for me today, brilliant job and attention to detail. Even taught me how to adjust temperatures, bleed it etc. Booking in was simple, well priced too. Thanks for a great job,

Chris was extremely efficient and helpful with my enquiries. I was trying to find a gas fitter to fit a new cooker into a caravan. Her responses were very quick and she was able to help me, with my limited knowledge, on what equipment was needed to convert the gas. The work was carried out very efficiently by Mick who must have been frustrated that additional parts were needed on the day. A good price for disconnection/reconnection and disposal of old cooker compared to other companies who later changed their mind when realising the work was for a caravan. Thank you Chris and Mick for a very good service. I shall be keeping your number for future use and recommendations

Mick couldn't of been kinder to my very elderly Father when his boiler one morning had no hot water or heating despite it being regularly serviced by another company. They were not interested in taking a look at the boiler, and another company said he needed a new boiler!I saw the very smart van next to me at a petrol station and as Mick looked smart and friendly I approached him. As my Father lived nearby, Mick offered to take a look at it. He confirmed that a new boiler was not necessary and that he would get the parts for the boiler and fit it the next day, which he duly did! What a fabulous service!!What we didn't know was that a carpet layer had used very long tacks/nails and had penetrated a pipe, so a few days later, Mick came back on the same day to sort another problem out! At all times, he was polite, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and explained what was wrong and fixed it!! I was so impressed that I asked Mick to service our boiler, which he duly did. He informed us that the house's earth was on the street pipe and not on the house pipe, and nobody had picked that up in over 10 years!!I really can not praise Mick highly enough and recommend his companies services. His wife Christine always replied to my messages and is a very efficient administrator and organiser and ensured that the bills and any documentation were sent quickly to us.

Very happy with the service from BCK. They were really helpful, providing options for the work, and they arranged and completed jobs quickly. Their communication throughout was also great. I will definitely use them again.

Great professional service provided by Mick today. His workmanship was of a very high quality and I will be recommending his services to friends & family. Sorted an issue I had with some old pipes hanging out of my wall and fully serviced my boiler. Picked up some very useful safety tips and understanding of how the heating system works as well as giving some great advice generally.Update: I had Mick back again to replace a shower, install Hive & service the boiler. Great service as before and have passed his details to multiple friends & family. Recommended honest boiler engineer.

I have used several different engineers over the years and this company has been far better than any other that I have tried. Mick has been here several times now and is always pleasant and a seems very knowledgeable. He has always given me the information up front to make the choices that were available. He has always explained exactly what he was intending to do and very efficiently carried it out. Making appointments was always very clear and easy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and will certainly be using their skills again in the future.

Mick and co were fantastic from start to finish! We had a very old boiler that needed replacing and a few radiators to be installed. Amazing service, I had tried a few different companies over the years with varied results on job satisfaction and customer service but will definitely now use and recommend this company. They had great communications pre arrival and the engineer on site was on time , knowledgeable and professional. My boiler is now running perfectly and I feel safe in future knowing I have this company to keep it that way.
