Always make the trip from Edinburgh and never been disappointed. Good quality food and friendly staff. Got to know the owner of the business who is down to earth and a good laugh

Absolutely appalled at this place. The chicken wrap was the worst I’ve ever had. Waited an hour and a half for two meals. Beyond ridiculous for a take away. The manager needs to look into this. They should accept orders in which they can fulfill within the right tight frame. Staff couldn’t give a monkeys for delay. Won’t be going and will advise others not to bother.

Only go here if you are not hungry. Be prepared to wait a long time to get served, wait even longer for food that you have ordered , then after a long, long wait get ready be told some of the items ordered are not available. That in itself is a good enough reason not to visit here but, it's a free for all, fight for table. Staff seem under pressure, poorly trained and management seem to be ok with this. It's a shame as the the food quality is good and prices are reasonable. Management needs trained, seems like the blind leading the blind.

Was told 45 mins wait, cool I'll order and wait.Ordered 2 meals... Nearly 2 hours till I got them for a takeout.Absolutely pathetic and won't be coming back and will advise others to do the same.They seem to priortise Uber eats orders and noticed staff moving orders around.I wouldn't have minded if it was going to be a two hour wait I'd have come back after two hours but the constant it's just coming off the grill" lie is just a joke!Communicate rather than lie!Added to which

Service was slow (abt 25 min wait) even with 5 people working and the vegetarian burger was soggy. Not really worth £10+ for one burger quality wise, but I was at least full after eating. The fries are frozen from what I could see but they tasted alright with the cheese seasoning added on for an additional 30p.

Great value for big and tasty burgers in soft brioche buns! The meal price ranges from around £10 to £12 including sides and dips. Their ziggy fries are great. This is a takeaway place but they have a few tables for sitting in. Service can be a bit slow especially when the place gets busy, and it is very busy sometimes. They do deliveries as well. I'll be back to try the philly cheese steak sandwich which sounds great!

The burgers are fantastic, albeit pricey. However, this time I ordered it took SO long to arrive. It is the downside of using Uber Eats when you can’t allocate a driver. So when the food arrived it was just warm. Doesn’t impact on the flavour of the burger & how delicious it is! But rather off putting to order again, if I was going to get one I’d pop into the shop instead.

Ordered the King Kong burger, french fries with Chilo's salt.Perfectly cooked, burgers were the right temperature on arrival. Slightly greasy but that's a given with a delivery order.Will order again to see if quality consistency is there but happy to give it 5 stars.
