I had a bad experience with them. I was not given the correct information. I needed the gas to be disconnected & a gas pipe to be cut where the fireplace was removed. I was quoted £189/. When the engineer came to carry out the work, he did a test 1st, which showed a gas line the house. So the work couldn't be carried out but l was asked to pay £189/ only 10 minutes after coming. I was not told any of the call out charges or x amount per hour. I was prepared to pay a call out charge of £50/but he reduced it to £140/ finally. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
