Recently changed over to these, prices are reasonable, care and advice has been really good

Our little Benji was neutered last Thursday. The nurses were wonderful! Chloe saw us on Thursday and she was super. And then a locum nurse for his follow up check and Kelsey, another nurse yesterday for his second follow up - she too was amazing! We had no interaction with the vet so I can't really say much about that, however from Benji's incision, it looks pretty good and he has healed really well. Laura, the receptionist is the loveliest and most friendly lady!

I have been extremely anxious at having my dog spayed. I cannot thank the staff enough, they understood my concerns, explained the procedure at length and put me at ease. Also there was an issue with my pets incision bleeding, I called up the practice as requested and within 10 minutes had an appointment booked to check the incision, my fears were taken seriously and I was again comforted by staff. 10/10.

Great experience. Very friendly staff members. They took good care of our cat whilst she was with them. Kept us informed throughout the day. Would highly recommend using the vets.

The staff are always so friendly and genuinely care for my pets. I have been with other practises before, but the nurses and vets here explain things well and make me feel as if they actually value me as a pet owner and care about my pets wellbeing. They are helpful with queries and mindful about the costs of treatment. They treat my pets with respect and care so I know they are in safe hands with someone I can trust. I am incredibly grateful to have registered my pets here as I always have a positive experience.

Lovely caring staff, receptionists so welcoming & friendly & the vets & veterinary nurses are absolutely amazing. I had to have my little cat put to sleep as he was very poorly & from start to finish the staff where lovely all throughout his treatments & at the end. Could not thank them enough.

The vet who was Greek, sorry I didn't catch his name, was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. My cat goes mental at the vets, she hates it but he listened to how I said was the best way to vaccinate her and it was over in seconds and she was back in her carrier. The least stressed that I have seen her in a long time.When I paid at reception I was charged £5 more than I'd been quoted over the phone but it was worth it for her to see such a lovely vet.The only thing I didn't like is that the waiting area is very small and there is no separate area for cat owners to keep away from the dogs.Will definitely take her back here next year for her vaccinations.Thank you.

Overcharged last year (2022) for a medication product for the cat after annual injection and when raised with them, kindly without argument immediately refunded the mistake. Otherwise fine and straight forward appointment. This year,(2023) all fine with the Polish lady vet who was friendly & chatty who gave him his annual injection.
