The best manicure place in Kingston! Welcoming staff, nice atmosphere, properly cleaned manicure equipment and great quality of work! Was feeling relaxed and confident that I would get a perfect service.The only downside - they might don't do nail designs, so if you want to have something else rather than a plain colour - make sure to ask for it while making an appointment.

The longest lasting gel manicure that I've ever had and similarly great results from the pedicure. They revitalised my husband's feet at the same time as I was in and what a job they did! We will definitely return on our next visit to London.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage. Have been looking for a good place for a long time as so many these days simply massage oil into your skin rather than work on your muscles. I sit all day for work and am quite stuff but I left feeling supple and loose but strong, particularly with my hips. Highly recommend.

I have had a medical pedicure done by Julia today. It was my first medical pedicure and I was amazed by the level of professionality and knowledge. My feet look and feel amazing after the appointment. All the staff is great and accommodating and you really feel looked after. It is now my favourite salon and I will start going there for manicure and all my beauty needs. Thank you so much xx

Absolutely waste of time. Booked a appointment. . and the woman didn't even ask me if its for the Kingston branch or the earlsfield (having in mind I had no clue they had two branches, first time calling up). She just booked me in.I turned up to my appointment at earlsfield she then said sorry I won't we able to see you as you didn't opt for the earlsfield branch. I told her I wasn't even told the options when I called.Really unprofessional!!

Clearly receptionist staff needs to be replaced or retrained.This was maybe my 8th time coming to pedicure plus, always love their medical pedis. Didn’t love the attitude of the receptionist when informing me that in addition to £85 (£15 shellac £70 medical pedi) it’s 10 for French tips. That’s fine, if it was actually a French manicure that was carried out. French tips are done with a thinner brush to ensure a clean design. This wasn’t. It was bulky, thick & hideous - I advised this as I was paying the extra & she gave me an awful attitude; rolling her eyes, rudely repeating “ok” “ok but youre happy now!” Clearly not as I’m advising you this was NOT worth being charged extra for? Judging from other 1 star reviews complaining about the same member of staff: replace or retrain them because ew, have some manners girl. (The two star is because the actual medical pedicure is great, so maybe go with noise cancelling headphones and don’t interact with anyone)

I’ve been a customer at PP for nine years, I went there on the week the place was first open and never used a different beauty service since! They’re exceptional at medical pedicures, Russian - style manicures (meaning top-class manicures), waxing and all other services.Every member of staff is highly professional and friendly, they know their job and are really really good at it!I would recommend this place to all girls, women and men who want to look after their appearance and have high expectations from beauty services!

Very disappointing. I have been going to pedicure plus since it was opened. It was great until recently.Very bad service and expensive. They over charged me. I am so disappointed fromamazin to disaster. It has changed hand no wonder. Such a shame. Alsi not good at business. They put you off by keep on addi g to you bill for any small extra.I will never go back.

I usually am very nervous to try waxing at new salons, but I needed a place before I go on holiday. The waxing lady, I believe her name was Sofia was amazing. She is so lovely and patient, and you can definitely tell she has mastered her craft. I haven't met someone who does waxing like her. Definitely go there if you are looking for a good wax.
