Dealt with Julia and Beth after an awful experience with a previous vehicle and another finance company. They were both professional and Julia especially went out of her way to help and make the process as easy as possible. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the service I received was faultless. A breath of fresh air actually being able to speak to someone whenever I needed to and for the efficient help offered by all the team in securing finance for my new car. I cannot thank them enough. Stour Vale proved to be a lifeline for me when I didn’t have one. They covered me when I had poor credit and no one else would help me, I was going through divorce and walking my daughter 6 miles a day to school. Without them I wouldn’t have been able to get to where I am now. Always polite friendly and helpful too absolutely would recommend 100%

I cannot praise this company enough. Just financed my second car with them as a loyal customer. They are so much better than other finance companies where you are just an application on a screen. Very friendly, honest, understanding and professional staff, quick response times, and made the whole purchase of my new car very easy and stress-free. They maintain these standards throughout the contract... which are all qualities in a company that are rare to find these days. I definately recommend Stour Vale
