Zenith

My wife and children were driving along the motorway when one of Zenith's drivers began beeping his horn and trying to ram us off the road. We were doing the speed limit so really did not know what his problem was. We then let him overtake us and then while infront of our family car he slammed his breaks on, on the motorway in busy traffic. We almost went into the back of his lorry and the cars behind us almost went into the back of us! I contacted the company to report this w*nker for dangerous driving which could have killed me children and they have still failed to get back to me to let me know what action they have taken. Incident was recorded by the police and photographs provided to police. Seem's they will employ any scumbags which really does nothing for the companies reputation and is a danger to other drivers. Photo of the vehicle with the driver I. D. Please do not use, they clearly have thugs working for them!!!

I have a Zenith car through work. The car was never delivered with a locking wheel nut key and when I came to have the tyres changed, explained I could do with Cross Climate tyres on due to where the car gets driven only to be told they won't authorise it because its electric (its actually a hybrid) and they will mess the XDrive system up. Never heard so much rubbish before in my life. Even the guy at the garage rolled his eyes when I mentioned it was a Zenith vehicle. When a company will not listen to its customers, it speaks volumes!

Zenith are fine whilst you are a customer but as soon as the contract is up, they start taking money for random silly things from you. And because it's done through your wages, there's not a lot you can do about it.

Near on none existent customer service. Leased a vehicle for 4 years through this company, every tyre replacement was questioned, not very easy to do business with, communication was rubbish. Even garages would sigh when I said the vehicle was managed by Zenith. To top this off I excercised my right to purchase the vehicle as I’d not covered as many miles as expected, paid nearly £10,000 by bank transfer, rang to confirm payment and was told it had been received then 2 hours later received another call stating it hadn’t been received??? Panic over after another 5 calls and 2 emails to say whoops, we had it all along. Now I’m more than a week later and they’ve not sent any paperwork out or even a receipt for the money. I’ve requested a full refund and collection of the car. Avoid at all costs, I will in the future.

I waited 55 minutes !!!! For my taxi today, the driver did not apologise!! Never using this taxi firm again!!!!

They do not reply to emails, waiting for a phone call, said it would be two weeks, going into 5 weeks now and three emails later.....nothing!

They are vehicle leasing company with B2B model.. and have major presence in UK.
