The service in this store is the best I have ever received in not only the e-bike industry but any store I have ever been to. It’s like I woke up inside of my dream about buying an e-bike. I am flying in the dream weeeeee wahooo, thank you Dan your service absolutely amazing and I will refer all of my friends to your shop. Best quality service and I will miss the shop and think about this shop every time I am going to sleep in my dreams.

Customer service is very good by shristi also the rest of staffs ate very friendly but They were unable to give spare battery although they mentioned that they can rent the spare battery on weekly pro plan. This was not satisfactory.

The bike was returned in the last 4 days, but the deposit was not returned, and in the second week they tried to charge a new rental, and I was not renting the bike at all.So the company was changed due to poor customer treatment and lack of interest in the Fulham branch. You schedule a tire change at 11:30 and leave there at 2:30 p.m. They don't care about the driver's time.

We today went to the store and rented a new bike. Shristi helped us in a wonderful way. She made everything very clear and so energetic. Thank you for helping us girl.Really recommend to everyone.

I walked 6 km to rent a bike. Online, my papers were approved. I'm a tourist, I'm in London until Saturday. I can rent a car, I offered to leave the full money as collateral. I proposed to call the Hard Rock hotel where I am staying, to leave the money for the price of the bicycle completely until I returned it. I can rent a car in London and not a bicycle that costs 500 dollars in China and here they sell it for 2,100 pounds in London. I repeat, on the web it says nothing about it. I feel cheated.

Zoomo bicycles are good. But, service centre at Fulham (London) provide very bad service. I have previously experienced that I have booked a service slot already but they take a long time for service, even they don't have a technician sometimes when I went for a service. Recently I face experience very poor because I have appointment on 10:30am but I am still waiting for my turn become after 12pm.

My tire broke, I came to get it fixed, he says he can't do it without an appointment, I've been waiting for 3 hours. When you go to the website to make an appointment, it gives you an appointment 2 weeks later. Should I wait 2 weeks to have the wheel made? It keeps getting damaged and I am not happy with it at all. I will return it when it expires.
