We appointed Sinclair Hammelton because of our previous relationship with Ryan Cattermole who helped us purchase our previous house.Ryan was excellent from start to finish with the sale of our house; he sold it on our first Open House and negotiated the price we wanted.He was very hands on throughout the sale process and recommended a very good conveyancing solicitor who also did an excellent job.The rest of the team at Sinclair Hammelton in Petts Wood were also very helpful, particularly Joe, the manager and Jo in sales.We cannot recommend them highly enough.Gary Moore

Purchased my new build from Sinclair Petts Wood Branch.Ive chosen take time out to write this review in regards to the excellent, professional experience I received the whole way from Alison Newman. She is a real asset to your company!Communication was easy at all times, and through a medium I had chosen, not bombarded by calls, no question or query was too much for Alison. She always got back to me in a timely manner and went above and beyond.Shame about Kathryn Sinclair, I found her rude and unapproachable.If she was dealing with my purchase throughout I probably wouldn’t have continued.

Emilia and Joe had provided a great service to my property sale from start to finish. The evaluation was done accurately. The service was responsive and considerate. Emilia particularly had gone extra mile to make sure every step of the sale was promptly followed up with the buyer. Her effort was instrumental in ensuring the contract was exchanged in the requested time frame. I also just want to note whenever I called, whoever I spoke to (John, Dave, and the lovely lady I didn't manage to recall her name), they were all very professional and attentive. I would like to leave a review for one Mr Ryan Cattermole who was our agent at Sinclair Hammelton. He's an absolute star who helped us with our new home purchase smoothly. He did follows up at the right time and also he went extra mile in establishing connection with the sellers which helped us a great deal.

Emilia went above and beyond to make sure they took on board our needs - especially as we'd had a poor experience with another estate agent a couple of years before. Joe did our valuation, and he really listened to what we were hoping to sell the house for and ideal timelines. I can't recommend these guys enough - Emilia, Joe and Dave really were on a mission to get us a good sale and they did it before the house even hit the open market with an offer above the asking price!
