We've just used Magnum to have our front windows replaced with double-glazed sash UPVC equivalents and have been completely impressed with them from start to finish. We got three quotes from various companies and not only were they the cheapest, the windows were installed within a month of placing the order and look amazing. The installation team's attention to detail with all the internal wood trims was really impressive. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Joseph was very charming when he visited my property and gave a verbal quote for replacing two windows with double glazing. I was very happy to go ahead with the work but since then have been unable to get a written quote or dates despite firm reassurances from him on the phone or at his premises in Boston Road that he would be in touch. My husband has also been awaiting a quote for some work on a property in Fulham. It is apparent he is not interested and does not want either job but I have wasted a lot of time. The least he could do was to admit this was not for him so that I could find another company who was more willing to do the work.

Quality of service is excellent from start to finish. Very professional set up; good communication throughout; excellent workmanship. The installation team were on time, courteous and very tidy. Can't fault the wonderful service from Joseph and the team at Magnum Windows. Within 20 minutes of my first call, the broken front door had been inspected and measured and I was given a quote. Another 30 m minutes and the work had been completed and I received a photograph of the repaired door.Terrific service and they are definitely in my contact list for future emergencies and window replacements.

Joseph & his team are brilliant. Quoted me for replacing 2 windows. Came back to double check his measurements. Took 50% deposit. Kept to his scheduled date. His team arrived on time & didn’t waste a moment. Job done in 5 hours. Put down drop cloths, Removed old rotten windows, replaced with new PVC windows. replaced and painted sills & wooden surround, filled small wall surface on one window. Swept up. Vacuumed. Removed all the rubbish & old windows. Cleared up the pavement outside my property.I just wish I could say the same about the other contractors I’ve engaged this summer.100% recommend.
