Amazing place, has everything u need for art and crafts...would have given a 5 but for the organisation of the store, no signage really to speak of and when u cant find what u are looking for u have to find a memeber of their team which again is a task in its self. When u do finally find someone they are polite and knowledgeable.

Absolutely depends upon which member of staff helps you.Get Andrew and you'll not hear a single please or thank you from him, not just me, every single customer in front of me. He is single handeldly letting the Hobbycraft team down.Get one of the lovely members of staff who just seem to enjoy life and enjoy being there and its a delight to visit. I will make a note of their names and update this review, because credit should be given where credit is due.

Hidden in the garden centre, my wife was in her element. I wouldn't mind we werevkn our way to Birmingham Airport to stay before flying early next morning. Happy wife happy life...

I purchased some craft items online & used the click & collect option. The staff in store were friendly & extremely helpful. I received a confirmation email when my goods were ready & collection was quick in store.I recently shopped in store and found it to be well stocked & full of wonderful crafting ideas for Christmas.
