A horrible experience. I dealt with Harry at the start and he was great when I went into the showroom. Since, I have dealt with the owner Kevin who is rude, obnoxious and has hung up on me twice. I have now been left with no flooring downstairs. If I ran my company this way, I would shut down within a week. Avoid.

Fantastic service all round at this company. Really helpful staff in store - no pushy service, just good advice and friendly assistance. We always come out with a better deal than we were expecting. The carpet fitters are always amazing - an absolute pleasure to have in our home. As an added bonus they were fabulous with our autistic son - answering his constant questions in a genuinely friendly way and took the time to warn him when they were going to be making a noise. Really impressive all round.

We already have carpets from here, and since we have to touch up some more rooms we came back.Always friendly staff with a very good knowledge of carpets. Most of all, really good and simple understandable explanations when advising. Highly appreciated.

Really helpful and friendly staff and a wide selection of flooring materials has brought us back to their shop. They also stock a variety of off cuts in laminate and carpets that can save some hard earned cash as well as decent prices on the ranges they offer.

Hannah went above and beyond with her customer service .My wife and I visited a few local outlets who all seemed uninterested in talking about striped carpet .Hannah explained the pros and cons of fitting stripes on stairs and advised it can be tricky , however the fitting team did a cracking job .Thank you Corocan Carpets .

Great service from a local family company, Kevin, Harry & Hannah. I had many many visits to the showroom (poor Harry!) as I just couldn't get the colour right. Eventually the carpet was found, booked in and fitted all in a super quick time. Big shout out to the fitters -Scott & Harry - were beyond great, when the landing piece was down I thought it was the wrong carpet! Scott went back to the showroom and brought back the whole sample pack to show me, and it was all done with no negativity whatsoever.I have also bought remnants of carpet from here for rugs which were very high quality carpets at a bargain price.Great service all round and my much awaited stair carpet is fabulous.
