Martin seems Knowledgeable. Helpful and easy to talk to. Observed him helping out Someone with a problem when waiting for work being done on my MotorhomeUpdate on work done on my Motorhome, every job done has failed leaving me to repair at greater expense. Martin talks the talk but sorry to say can't recommend him.

So we contacted this company in March 2023 and the soonest they could fit us in for an Alde boiler repair, was June 2023, so we promptly booked it in. Nearer the time, my husband Andy, rang the landline number and the mobile number several times but could never get and answer. Understandable if working on caravans we thought. However after leaving 3 messages on various days, asking them to call, no one called back. Andy wanted to arrange dropping the caravan off the night before, as on the morning of the repair, he had a business meeting and couldn’t afford to take time off work that morning. No one called back, so Andy tried calling again and managed to speak to Martin. Martin said he was off site but would look at his diary to see if there would be room in the yard to store the caravan and said he would call him back later that day. There was no call, so Andy left work early that day so he could drop by. He spoke to Martin, who said andy could drop the caravan off on 01/06/23 and he would wait there for him until 6:30pm. After getting stuck in traffic, I tried to call both the landline and mobile several times, to say Andy was on his way but may be very close to 6:30pm before getting there. There was no answer, so I left a voice Mail on the mobile. I couldn’t leave a message on the landline, as the mail box was full. This was also the case several days previous!! Andy got to Beesmart at 6:25pm to find the place all locked up, after a 2 hour round trip! What terrible customer service. We feel so let down. We now have to book the caravan in elsewhere. Such poor communication.

Martin was brilliant at dealing with some last minute issues with our VW campervan so that we could get away with the grandchildren for Easter. Thank you to Martin and his staff, brilliant service from this company. No hesitation to recommend them.

put motor home there to fix a leaking exhaust and to fix balance on rear brakes the problem is he put 3 flexi tube in a 4" exhaust and sealed it off with ducting lagging tape you can imagine what i think of that.the brakes needed adjusting for mot and i took it for retest guess what it failed again the guys at the mot center fixed the problem for me so it passed motwhen you need to contact him by phone he didn't answer calls or texts so i went down there told him i was trying to contact him all he said "i know you was"the one thing that is come out of this i have startled to do my own repairs and i know they are done righti will add photo soon"

Have waited for some jobs to be done now for months, but can't get a call back from him. Given plenty of opportunities but I'm going to have to go somewhere else. If I'd have been told that they couldn't do the work months ago I wouldn't have minded.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good advice e given and a thoroughly tidy job done.

We called in today as having trouble with our water pump!! Very happy and surprised when Martin said he could look at it now for us. Friendly,knowledgeable and very approachable.Well 10 minutes later the pump was off and a new one was fitted and working better than ever.This man knows his stuff,would definitely recommend.

Martin was very helpful and patient in sorting out our fridge and tv. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Martin did a wonderful job of fitting a Battery Master to our motorhome for us. Great service, neat job & great price. Would definitely 100% recommend him to anyone
