Very nice and informative, Alex gave us a demo on how to go about starting the fire and he informed us fully on the log burner that would suite our needs. We were really happy with all the info and guidance he gave. Looking forward to getting the log burner now.

Had our Clearview Solution 400, Brazilian Slate Hearth and Aged Oak Beam installed January of this year.Service received by Ade and team at Ebben and Yorke was excellent, all made painless and discussed best options for us.The installers Mark and Paul were fantastic, knuckled down and got on with the job in hand and their workmanship is second to none.The living room truly feels homely and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ebben and Yorke if you were going to think about having a log burner installed.

Excellent service from Ebben & York. From the first consultation to the completion of the project, they have been great in answering my questions and advising on the best designs. The cost was on budget and made very clear and whilst not the cheapest, you do absolutely get what you pay for in terms of quality and finish. Ebben & Yorke recently replaced all the windows in our house as part of a major renovation project. In total 14 windows, inc. 3 bay windows, were fitted. We also had two sets of replacement French doors and three sets of new bi-fold doors fitted too.We were keen to keep the look of the original windows but were unsure of whether this would mean new wooden windows or if an option in uPVC was available. We went to see Ade at Ebben & Yorke after he was recommended to us. Ade took as much time as we needed to discuss our requirements, did a site visit to see what the property was like and then he sent visual schematics to us so we could see what the house would look like with his window suggestions. With Ade's help and advice we decided to opt for uPVC windows from the Residence 9 range.In the process of choosing our windows we did engage with several suppliers including Ebben & Yorke. The new windows were such an important part of our house renovation, as well as a big investment, we wanted to make sure we chose a company that could provide the right specification, design, quality and service. Although other companies could certainly supply and fit windows, they did not give us the confidence that we would have the best experience, best result and the best customer service. Ade proved that to us over and over again. His advice, patience, counsel, willingness to give as much of his time as needed, reassurance throughout the whole process, as well as his amazing customer service and quality has been second to none.The end product is superb and we are so pleased with the final result on every window, door and bi-fold, which are all exactly as promised. The attention to detail from the very first survey to the final unit being fitted has shown through all along, making the whole process a seamless and stress free experience. Their after care service has also been first class too.Special thanks also to Spence, Lewis and Ash who are clearly fantastic at what they do; fitting the units. Their own attention to detail, knowledge and thoughtfulness during the job is very rare these days and made all the difference. They were on time, tidy workers and respectful of the property at all times.We really enjoyed working with everyone at Ebben & Yorke on this project and look forward to enjoying our windows and doors for many years to come.Interestingly, now the renovation is complete and family and friends are now visiting the house it is very pleasing to see they cannot tell that these are not new wooden windows.
