Auto Windscreens

Auto Windscreens sent me a message about the time to fit the windscreen. The fitter was polite and my new windscreen was fitted in under one hour. Excellent service

Left my vehicle unsafe. Pillar covers came off on motorway and rain/light sensor inoperable. They came back out and argued that it was fine. CCTV sent to head office.

Did take a while to get an appointment. Had to wait 2 weeks, but on the day the lads quickly sorted the screen. And even repaired the panel gap under the windscreen (which hadn't been properly installed by a previous big name windscreen company leaving an inch gap below the screen!?)

Excellent organized service and communication. Well informed and friendly staff, warm cosy waiting room but coffee machine broke down which would have made the one hour wait so much easier. If needed would use again. Well earned 5 star.

Really easy company to deal with. Good communication and easy to book and change appointment if necessary. I was running slightly late as it was a bit difficult to find using the postcode on google maps but they were very understanding and had a technician call to give me directions. When I arrived i handed over my keys and waited in the nice heated waiting room with a tv. Very comfortable. Sadly the complimentary hot drink machine was out of order which hopefully they will fix soon as this would be nice to have during the wait that is the only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5. My windscreen was replaced quicker than expected which was great. Only waited about 45 minutes instead of the 90 minutes I expected. Customer toilets available and really friendly staff. Very happy with my new windscreen and all rain sensors working. Thank you auto windscreens stoke for a fantastic job. I would recommend and definitely use again if needed.
