The Steve Nicks tribute night was really good. Friendly atmosphere with attentive staff. Great old pub that has recently had a new garden area built.

Used to be a regular 30 years ago. Went in last night for the first time in 10 years.Nothing had changed, still a proper pub, good selection of beer and although I didn't try the food (Thia), I'm told its really good.I'll definitely be back.

Highly recommend the function room and the staff at Cheshire cheese. The room was spacious enough to hold a class of rowdy six year olds as well as a mobile zoo. The staff were super accommodating from beginning to end including giving us access to the outside stage and garden area.I honestly can’t speak highly enough for this wonderful place - thank you again everyone who was involved

We had my mums wake here on Friday and Alex couldn't have done any more for us. It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Great atmosphere and music.. We will definitely be returning. Such lovely friendly staff too.

Fantastic pub! The owner of very welcoming and cheep booze all ways a good start. Dog friendly. I have a rescue and he warmed me that he was bring his dog out. Rightly so it’s his pub his dog but it was a massive teddy bare!

What a Fantastic Local!!My partner moved into the area on Friday so we checked out the nearest pub and how pleased we did.Such welcoming Staff and Locals.I live in Chester where nobody speaksFriendly, cosy and great beer.Felt at home the minute we walked through the door.See you for the comedy night on ThursdayThis is definitely my new Local
