Awful service was waiting half an hour, staff rude and calling me a lier when I said iv been waiting 20 mins (I had a arrival que text to prove I had been) apparently it was wrong... Food and drink packaging left all over the store staff snaking on as they went past, thought I was a shop not a picnic? Made the shop look untidy and a mess. One staff member was looking after a child who was in and out of the staff door to the back of the store it's a shop not a child care center. Very very poor service just disappointed I had to go in-store than sort my issue online. Only polite member of staff was the trainee, through no fault of his own he couldn't help me with my query but feel sorry for him in his future if this is how the store is on a daily basis. EmbarrassingWill be leaving asap, shame after being with EE for so long but I do not want to be treated how I was today ever again.

I visited EE in Tavern Street 3rd April.Luke greeted me.The service was absolutely fantastic.A very caring young man.His help with my phone was brilliant.Very lucky EE to have a member of staff with such a excellent standard of customer service.Thankyou from Janet Minney

This store should not receive any ***** ~ but ABSOLUTELY 0Actually USED Covid-19 lockdown to mug me into a contract using my existing EE number to setup an internet deal on a new tablet. However, having proven my ID for both my existing EE number & Mastercard, I was refused to leave store with the tablet that the salesman had deliberately placed in front of me & so deceived me to assume I'd be taking home that same day. I was told to comeback with additional ID, but when I did this with my EU passport & EE bill sent to my Ipswich address, staff @EE, Tavern Street, still refused to handover my tablet & wanted even further proof of ID! Absolutely as unhelpful as is possible & a blatant scam if done by a small shopkeeper or market-trader! But because they're a high street multiple, with BT cash & clout behind them, local Trading Standards, who I've made aware of this scamming, won't tackle them. EE have now chosen to blemish my credit record because I refuse to pay their bills for internet & a tablet that these worse than Delboy, dodgy-dealers, diddled me out of!Avoid this badly managed shop like the plague, if you don't wish to be conned or DISCRIMINATED against by clique staff!

Came into EE on the 16th got served by someone who had worked there for 3 days he said I didn’t get his name, lovely young man quite tall, had excellent knowledge and helped me instantly, I’ve been in before for a simple top up and it took them a while, the person who helped me was quick made conversation and before I knew it it was all activated and I was able to go about my day. I would recommend this shop 100%

After the service" my mother experienced from this store I would not recommend EE to anyone.I will say now that my mother is 66 years of age. She is not familiar with mobile technology and generally seeks guidance from store staff.She initially went to this EE store after BT recommended she go to them. She ended up buying a phone which had a pay as you go SIM attached. They then applied a SIM only contract to the phone

My experience was very boring, because it was 3 times I went with my husband as I don't speak much English a woman answered me I don't know her name a blonde with straight hair she laughed at people for not speaking English I bought my cell phone on the website and went to buy the charger with her I faked that I didn't speak English well she laughed at me I said I didn't want to but I went to the store next door the same one where I was treated with dignity but I never enter that store in Ipswich

For a communication company their communication with customers is very lacking - shop don't pick up phone or respond to emails when they have made a mistake

Made an appointment for help with EE mini wifi. Lucy was unable to help as could not find my account as the store computer not accessing internet. She said this often happens and didn’t seem too bothered. I find it amazing EE store can’t get in internet!!
