I used The Playful Den for my daughter's first birthday this past month. This was a big party and the planning had started months in advance. I was very specific for the type of look I was going for based on the size requirements of the venue. Not only did Rebecca blow mine and my husband's (and the rest of our guests) expectations but was also such an absolute pleasure to work with. Since I did not live in the country we were doing the party, Rebecca also helped me with finding other vendors and was always willing to answer any questions. My party would not have been the party it was without the beautiful softplay and help with the other party vendors.

I hired the bubble tent for my twins birthday party and I couldn’t of been more impressed. Myself the Children and guests were so impressed with the bubble tent and the kids loved it! Rebecca was so helpful and professional, she was always quick to respond and answer questions and I would definitely use her again. We wanted play equipment that was beautiful, cute but also FUN for our sons 3rd birthday party. I’ve always found it hard to find things like this without spending hours coordinating multiple companies. The Playful Den Events made it so easy and my sons party was a hit (especially the white bouncy castle!) I’ll be using them again next year!

We had an excellent experience dealing with the playful den. They provided exactly what we required, were on time to set up (and clear up) a fantastic display for our daughters 1st party. We cannot thank them enough for a truly exceptional service. Would thoroughly recommend
