Visited on 23 July for an eye test at the shaw branch.All the staff were excellent with warm, friendly and humorous personalities.I would like to particularly single out Emily, who greeted me on arrival. She is a lovely, charming lady. She was bright, chirpy, friendly, and chatty. Emily also has a lovely down to earth, no pretensions aspect to her personality, which is such a refreshing change in this world where so many people are full of themselves, entitled and just not terribly nice people.A thoroughly lovely lady who I hope, and believe, will do well in life.Great service and great staff here - what's not to like?

Always helpful, friendly and very professional. This week I lost alot of vision in my left eye and was very scared. I rang for an urgent appointment and without hesitation they fitted me in. Robert Glass saw me, although the other opticians are also amazing, and I was with him for over half an hour whilst he thoroughly looked at and checked my eye. He explained everything to me and was kind and thoughtful of how I was feeling. He then rang the hospital and emailed them with details of his findings. I felt so grateful for his help.Thankyou so much. An excellent optician's.

All went well for both my wife and myself , friendly staff , eye test great for both of us . New glasses ordered for both of us with help and recommendations from staff . Delivery about 10 days .Staff helped with any adjustments that glasses required . Had glasses for over a week now , no problems. Overall a very good experience from stat to finish .

Felt uncomfortable with the level of upselling also witnessed junior member of staff being spoken to in an unacceptable manner. Would not recommend.
