Excellent Customer service with prompt deliveries for all my orders as well good value for money. The staff helped to have my orders shipped to Gambia West Africa free of charge and in time for my kids to use in school. I would use them again and again.

very disappointed ordered two books last november, one arrived pretty promptly the other am still awaiting, have contacted to find out what's happening and they don't bother replying. they are overpriced too, in my opinion, nearly £20 for paperbacks

As a language school director (German Tuition London) we have used our the European Bookshop/ESB for nearly 25 years and are very happy with their services. Our students receive a 10% discount and we encourage them to bypass Amazon and order at the European Bookshop. Let's all support independent retailers and save the High Street.

They forgot to send my order! They didn't even apologise. Don't use them, just go to Amazon. It's cheaper and it actually works.

Although it is, basically, a warehouse, when I visited the staff were very polite and helpful and I was able to buy the book I wanted.
