David & Della who own the shop are extremely helpful to all that enter, regardless of wether its information, an aid of some kind or maybe a walking stick or cutlery. There's going to be something in the shop to help. Even a state of the art mobility scooter, or raise and recline chair.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Witham Mobility who have made my day today and restored my faith in human kindness. I booked a mobility scooter to hire for Potters resort from Monday to Friday this week. Sadly the holiday was cancelled owing to an unexpected outbreak of Norovirus so I had to cancel my mobility scooter hire also at short notice. I wasn’t expecting any refund at all but was delighted when I was asked to call so they could refund my card! What a kind gesture and I obviously will rebook the scooter when I rebook the holiday but just wanted to say this meant so much when I was so disappointed at my holiday being cancelled. Thank you! Had to hire a wheelchair from this establishment after I suffered an accident last year; the staff were very helpful indeed, very obliging, and extremely kind. They hire out equipment as well as sell many many useful items.September '18: the latest mobility scooter in Witham Mobility is just fabulous! Almost £3000 but looks like it was built by Harley Davidson - sooo cool! Wow, take a look.
