I agree with all the above. It seems the site is automated regarding replies to emails and I became suspicious firstly when they would not accept credit cards, only BACs transfers! Secondly the delivery date was always a Thursday at 5pm..a strange time to deliver and fit a dishwasher. Of course the product never arrived and I cancelled the order, a cheque was promised in the post for my refund which I doubted very much would arrive, fortunately I checked by bank statement and my Bank did not pay them. This company is a total scam and wasting a lot of people's time and possibly money too. The old adage..if it looks to good to be true it isn't!! The 10% discount for joining them is the first obvious thing you look at and will entice many a buyer, of course we want the best price...but we also want the goods! You won't get them from this supplier!

Buyer beware. Tried to pay for an oven with a credit card and they said it was rejected and asked for a bank transfer, which I was suspicious of and refused, so bought it else where. Checked my credit card company and they said nobody had applied and it had not been rejected. My latest bill now shows 3 fraudulent payments. Sparkys were the only company to have my credit card details, read into that what you will.

Please read this, do not use the web site for sparky electrical which has a red with black writing on the sign. They are scam artists, they will take your order online then tell you your card will not go through and ask for a bank transfer, the site looks legitimate but once they have your money, they block your calls and do not deliver your goods. We have just lost over £300. Trading standards have now been informed. DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT BY THESE SCUM BAGS , these are not the same people on the above picture as shown, if you get caught please contact trading standards and help to get them closed down

the customer service was so poor we left the shop after being swore at and abused by the management. The seller tried to sell an item we didn't need and then when we corrected him he became abusive and was really nasty.I can only advise when they read this that the old adage look after your customer and he/she will come back to you.Anyway i would give this company 0/10 as they are stuck in the dinosaur age and think they can disrespect their customer base just because they run the shop. Good sales is about saying no i cant sell you this rather than up selling a product that the customer don't need. Very desperate , very rude and of course i would never enter this shop againi think this review is fair and is only my opinion but at the same time i need to let others know there arnt really nice so i bet if they up-sold a product you would have difficult in receiving your money back

Well what can i say!! Disgraceful company!! Is it even a company?! Didnt recieve the item! Didnt answer emails, phone calls, messages left nothing! The moment i rang from another number they rang back! Tried telling me it would be delivered on another thursday at 5pm....... unbelievable!! Luckily paypal withdrew the money back from there account so i will be getting it back! When i eventually spoke to him from a friends number he was hesitant and made out he refunded me as we spoke on the phone..... funnily enough i never believed him, spoke to paypal straight after to which they told me no refund had been made! No surprise there! Dont waste your time or your money on this scammer! He will rip you off!! So glad i paid through paypal!! Guarenteeing my money back.

Beware! Beware! Of wolves in sheep clothing. Got to know about Sparky on 'price spy' in relation to a TV I wanted. I registered to get the 10% new customer discount.I then paid with my credit card and had an imidiate response from Sparky the payment was rejected by my bank and that I should use the alternative method thus; transfer the money into their hsbc account.I didn't transfer no money n upon contacting my bank, no payment even came through from Sparky. They advised me to place the order again with the credit card. I did. Same message from sparky.I stopped following the orders but realized they were both cancelled. I called Sparky severally but no answer. Within a week, my card was used twice by mr nobody. Same password I used for sparky was the same I had for PayPal account n Amazon. These two accounts were invaded into n purchases made.The prices they give are too good to be true. It is the catch to get you details. It is not real. Guard yourself or Sparky dupe you of your hard earned money.

Be warned, avoid. As confirmed by others they claim that your card not authorised and so want a bank transfer. On checking card company no request ever made. If you look up their address on google street view you will see the company name but it is an electrical supplies company (the scammers are using this valid companies companies house registration number as well) different telephone number and when I called them they confirmed that the website is a scam and they have numerous people calling and visiting them who have lost their money. You have been warned!
