Best dim sum in London. Beautifully decorated, great service, great range and quality of dim sum. Make sure you try the wonderful Xian Long Bao - little dumplings filled with soup - which are my favourite and the acid test for me of dim sum (make sure you let them cool down so you don't burn your tongue).

( Terrible service! Average food quality - apart from the dim sum = really nice!)We were a party of 6, our meals came all in separate moments, for my surprise 2 of us finished our meals , the next one arrived, when he finished his meal the next one arrived, in the end my father in law was still waiting for his chicken curry when we all have finished our meals , I asked for it again and a few minutes late some chicken and rice with no sauce tasteless meal arrived. He was really disappointed.Myself and his partner had the dim sum menu , what was delicious , our bill came and I pointed out to the waiter that our mango desert - part of our menu has not yet arrived! She asked if I still wanted it- we said yes.We paid the bill ,waited for another 10 minutes and in the end gave up on it.Service- terrible!Dim sum - excellent .

Have been here multiple times now and the dim sum is by far the best I've had in London so far. The quality and presentation is excellent and the staff are attentive and friendly. The price is quite reasonable considering the quality.

Delicious food , but there is nothing more important then a service. From the beginning, we had to wait 20 min for a table, restaurant was empty. We were told it was busy lunch time and they don’t have a plates or chopsticks. Cleaner wasn’t even in rush to tidy up .We ordered food . Starters with manin for my 5 yo daughter. Her food arrived 15 min after we finished our MAINS ! she was hungry, sad and waiting for her food . The receptionist who wasn’t nice at all was trying to explain it in the way that dish is really hot and it takes longer ... well I rather to here it they did forget it the listen this .Congratulations for a chefs ,but waiters are unkind and looks like they have no experience. When I’ve asked what is sause made from , she told me is hot.... the only nice and experienced person was a tall manager , I guess.

Fried doughstick cheung fun is written on the menu as 3pcs but it came as 2 sticks, which is apparently how it’s always done and we were told they can recut it, but would not actually get 3 pieces as stated on the menu. The chicken taro croquettes contained actual prawns, but is only mentioned as a small “contains crustaceans” symbol and not written in the dish description- potentially dangerous!The dim sum is generally great (9/10) but the menu can be misleading or wrong with regards to what you’ll actually get. Good food let down by poor service.

Chinese food at its best. Highly recommended. I'll expand my comments having just read other reviews. I can only think that it is either under new management or they've sorted themselves out because our dining experience bore no relationship to those described below. The service was exemplary, there was a variety of choice on the menu and the restaurant was pretty full. If you've had a bad experience here, I would give it another try.

Used to love this place but very disappointed lately as management seems clueless, keeps changing menus. Chef attitude is appalling!! Staff turnover is very high reflecting poor management.

Surprisingly not a great experience here!Interior: very relaxed and spacious with tasteful decor.Service: One of the worst experiences in a while. Our order was forgotten about. We waited for 27 minutes for our mains. Then our plates were being cleared while we were still eating and one of the staff stretched their arm across one of our diners plates while they were still eating. They spoke out about this and the staff member argued about what they were doing. How terrible, please retrain staff in customer service.Food: actually very tasty all things considered.

Surprisingly excellent dim sum, probably my favourite in London considering price/value. Close in standard to starred places like Yuatcha. Restaurant feels a bit too much like a hotel breakfast room (because it is) but nothing some new decor wouldn't fix. Recommended.
