Derek worked with us on our Passivhaus new build in Bath. It was a long project, going through lengthy planning and an extended build during COVID. Derek ensured our views were paramount in discussions with experts and our building contractor. He did an exceptional job managing the detailed design and implementation and we maintained a great relationship with him throughout the process.I find it very easy to recommend him for similar projects as we were very happy with the process and especially happy with the outcome.

We worked with Derek for around two years during the planning and construction stages of our innovative, and often complex barn conversion. Derek conscientiously led the project from start to finish, designing key elements, liaising with the builder, documenting progress and producing monthly financial reports.Derek worked with us at every step to overcome the inevitable challenges that come with any build project, using his skill and imagination. We are now living in our fabulous house and couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Derek as your architect.
