Belgravia Property (Belgravia Block Management LTD)

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this block management company. Their communication was utterly useless, making it nearly impossible to get any updates or information about the properties they manage. It's clear that they lack any care for the properties under their supervision. Maintenance issues were often ignored, and it felt like they were just collecting fees without delivering any value in return. I would strongly advise against using their services.

I have recently rented a property from this agency. At the beginning I was really disappointed with the previous management. But in the meantime there was a change and Daniel took over the responsibility. Since then, I have realized major improvements in the performance of the agency toward my case. Prompt response to questions, professional behavior and acting on time are some of the positive characteristic that I have observed in Daniel.I would definitely recommend him as someone professional and reliable in terms of property management.

Sabrina is the most useless property manager I have ever come across. When I need her the most, she is apparently in a meeting" every day I try to call

It is with such sadness that I leave a negative review of Belgravia because they used to be so great and we'd been on a real journey together - I'd like to clarify that the negativity is purely for the service since EightAM took over; we had an amazing experience when Annette was owner of the company and they managed our estate fabulously. However, sadly since new ownership and management, the service has been absolutely terrible and we've made the decision to leave.There is absolutely zero communication, we've had so many supposed 'agents' dealing with the site, we don't even know who to speak to anymore (the turnover in staff is so high and they don't consult on anything much). We are totally ignored most the time and the service isn't great - they changed the bank accounts without even notifying directors, upped their prices for sellers packs (after we signed a new contract and without the courtesy of telling us), and refused to do the paperwork for a new director despite being instructed multiple times, whilst refusing to allow another director to resign despite them giving months of notice! They never answer questions and won't get more than one quote for works. It's just such a mess and reminds me of our previous company who we took to the ombudsman. Again, it is such a shame because Annette was amazing and I trusted Belgravia under her leadership, completely. Sadly though, the new owners have not maintained her level of service of professionalism.Maybe if you're a tenant or selling your house, they'd be great, but as a block management company, they're awful and it saddens me greatly. I would leave a 1* but feel 2 is kinder because it used to be the best around.

I was stuck with some repair work for my apartment.Angela Cross at Belgravia management made it extremely easy for me.She was very helpful,patient and professional.I am very grateful for the way she managed to get work done given it was pending for months together.

This block management company is a complete letdown. In the past week alone, numerous tenants, including myself, have reported leaks, and they have yet to take any action. Their neglect and disregard for urgent property issues are not only frustrating but also potentially damaging to our homes. It's beyond disappointing to see such a lack of responsibility and care. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services or staying in a property managed by them.

Tamir was really helpful. He really went above board to solve my moving problems and was always quick to resolve any issues I had. I will definitely come back when moving next time!

Sabrina was very helpful when it came to renewing my lease and also with the moving out process. She did references on time and answered any queries in a timely fashion.

I am pleased with the services provided by Belgravia Property Management, especially the exceptional assistance I received today from Sabrina in renewing my tenancy for another term. Her professionalism, promptness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the process seamless especially as I was in a very stressful situation. I commend Sabrina for her outstanding support.
