Why aren't all companies as great to deal with as Ashmores. Great people and great service. Totally understandable survey and Alex was more than happy to answer my queries - even on something that was nothing to do with my survey. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Just had a very detailed and informative survey done by friendly, helpful Alex. He explained everything to us clearly over a nice cup of coffee after supplying us with a written report. I can highly recommend Ashmore of Nuneaton for a fast, thorough, reasonably priced service. Highly reccomended. Ed.

I would give 6 stars if I could because this company are such a pleasure to deal with. We have been dealing with a really stressful legal situation relating to a house purchase and needed Ashmore to provide a report - I searched for so long for a surveyor who could help and Mike was incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive and provided our report. We have just recently purchased our first home & as young, first-time buyers it’s a bit daunting beginning the whole process. We were recommended Mike by the agents and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. Mike was a pleasure to deal with from the start, quick response time, genuine and professional. He made us feel at ease from the get go and all the team, Alex, Alison and Mike were fantastic. The survey covered everything we wanted to know + more and was brilliant value. The reports are done in such a great way, it covered every aspect but with clear language so that we knew exactly what we were reading, no jargon. They worked quick to get us in, and answered any questions we had straight away. We really would recommend Mike and the team to anyone needing their services, we had a lot of confidence in them knowing they were on hand to deal with any queries and they are lovely people to deal with too!

Excellent service. We have recently used Ashmore Surveyors for an Indicative Survey on a property we are purchasing.
