Needed them for next day paid £10 for next day delivery they came five days later. Tried phoning no one answered. Will try again Monday when they are open to see if they will answer and to get me my £10 refund. Will post update.

Absolutely fantastic, customer service is next level. the contacts i wanted were out of stock, but a member helped me pick a replacement, their recommendation was the perfect solution and the contacts themselves are so soft and comfortable. Delivery was wonderfully quick and packaging was perfect. i cannot wait to buy more

PATHETIC COMPANY. Don't buy stuff from them. Got the wrong life span contacts (I paid for a 1 year life span one and got a 3 month one). Contacted them, first they replied and gave me an email address, to which I sent an email, since then I got no answer at all, and the Facebook page isn't replying at all either. ;)
