Was just here today to pick up my bike, old man was rude out of nothing, told him to open the gate so i can exit and started shouting. Asked them if they have one of those ramps to get my bike in the van, got a straight up NO, woundering how they tow bikes without ramp, anyhow bad service

So, towing my caddy van for 15 km of was pricey to start with, but I didn’t negotiate - I believed at the very least quality of service would be better. Anyway, after the car was delivered, man filled the collection form for me without telling me and didn’t report any damage. But as soon as I got in I noticed handbrake does not work how it was, it was tight and strong and now you need to raise by very high and it’s not holding strong. Man delivering was already gone and when I gave them the call to see what they can tell me I was insulted, that’s why I will not leave it alone. 90 euro for 15 km tow and a broken handbrake comes in free. A-holes.
