The staff at comfort lettings are very professional, responsive and accommodating.Their office is beautifully decorated and close to town. The written materials provided at the start of tenancy which copies of are left in the home for easy access, are nearly comprehensive. When this wasn’t the case, as when the power tripped and the alarm went off, one of the ladies picked the phone up within 3 rings and had the code ready to reset it in less than 30 seconds.I had an entirely contrasting experience a couple of years ago in Nottingham with another agent and Comfort’s approach is refreshing.Because the market is so high demand, agents have little incentive to go the extra mile, so Comfort Lettings really stands out in the way they strive to be responsible, professional and consultative. This really helps in contributing to a comfortable home environment and myself and my flatmates are very grateful.I recommend them as a first point of call for renters and landlords alike.
