Neil was incredibly responsive and came to have a look at our window the day after we called. Prompt and very friendly he quickly assessed that it could be fixed there and then , and within an hour we had our window opening and closing like the day it was fitted. Very reasonable price too. Highly recommend Neil to anyone in the Beverley or East Riding region with any window faults. Thank you so much we have you on speed dial for the next window that goes !
